What documents do I need to rent a car?

To rent a car with us, you'll need a valid driver's license, a passport or Emirates ID, and a credit card in your name. International travelers should also provide an International Driving Permit if their license isn't in English or Arabic.

What is included in the rental price?

Our rental prices include unlimited mileage, GPS navigation, basic insurance coverage, and 24/7 customer support. Additional services like child seats or extra insurance can be added during the booking process for an extra fee.

How can I extend my rental period?

Extending your rental period is easy! Simply contact our customer service team via phone or email at least 24 hours before your rental expires. We will confirm the extension and adjust your rental agreement and pricing accordingly.

What is your fuel policy?

Our fuel policy requires you to return the car with the same amount of fuel it had when you picked it up. If the car is returned with less fuel, a refueling charge will be applied. Prepaid fuel options are also available for your convenience.

What should I do if I have an accident or breakdown?

In case of an accident, please contact local authorities immediately and obtain a police report. For breakdowns, call our 24/7 support line, and we'll provide roadside assistance. Ensure your safety and the safety of others before calling for help.

Can I add an additional driver to my rental agreement?

Yes, you can add an additional driver to your rental agreement. The additional driver must be present at the time of rental, provide a valid driver's license, and meet our age requirements. Additional driver fees may apply.
